Fabulero Vi de Fest Rosé 2021 $24 This is a blend of Embolicaire (aka Trepat), Cabernet Franc, Macabeo, and Moscatel co-fermented whole cluster, foot stomped and left on the skins for 3 days, then aged in steel until spring. Floral, spiced and some funk, but sooo drinkable. Spicy food will play nicely with this. Brutal!!! 2021 $25 Garnacha, Syrah and Tardana (a local white grape) co-fermented whole cluster, carbonic for 53 days, then aged on the lees in steel until spring. Dark fruited, but light on its feet and friendly. Easy drinking and as fun as the Hulk label implies. Get it while you can!
