100% Cinsault, but this is a special old clone native to these iron rich red hills near the Octon Salagou lake, west of Montpellier. Natural farming and production, made all in tank with low sulfur. Velvety cherry and plum fruit with exotic spice notes and dried orange zest. Nice with a chill, but can go either way.
