Slight almond notes, grapefruit and nashi pears. A note of Sage on the nose. The palate is big on fresh acidity. It is juicy (ripe grapefruit and Tangerine) and luscious with a saline kick at the end. Vinification - 157 days of skin contact. 9 months in barrel. No added sulpher. No fining or filtering.
