French-style salami seasoned with black pepper, garlic and white wine. A great snack and a must on your charcuterie board! Ingredients: pork, salt, sugar, black pepper, white wine, garlic, potassium nitrate, lactic acid starter culture in beef casing.  Size: about 7 oz  Aged: about 4 weeks Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place. Peel casing before eating and refrigerate after opening.
