KA’U PEABERRY: A Rare Treat Ka’u Darkwood is a team favorite here at BICR, especially for espresso-based drinks. But this is a level-up and a rare treat. Dark Ka'u Peaberry is a richer, intensified experience of Ka'u Darkwood, with a  smooth, dark chocolate complexity and full body. Peaberries come from the same trees but they're denser and rarer versions, comprising less than 5% of the total crop.We rarely offer dark roast peaberry coffees outside of the club, so if you enjoy both, consider joining or stocking up.
