Melaleuca, aka paperbark, aka Australian tea tree, is related to the world renowned New Zealand Manuka honey. This seasonal honey is thick in texture and more mild than most of our flavors. The first round of flavor is a hint of maple and apple, finishing with hints of zesty pollen! If you ever have a chance to smell the flowers, do so! This honey tastes VERY similar to the scent!
