Dragon's Booty

This is 'the hot one.' It’s spicy as f*ck. But the people have spoken, and they love it. Our Dragon's Booty chili crisp is loaded with local habanero peppers for a tropical base heat and topped with a touch of Carolina Reaper and arbol chiles for a more complex burn that evolves over time. But never fear: this is a maximalist sauce brand. We'd never make a sauce with just one note. We balance the heat with local apples and a touch of bitter orange zest and give it the same crispy shallot treatment that the whole lineup gets.
