12-Year Single-Cask Rum Distilled in Brazil

This is a column-distilled rum distilled at Epris Distillery in Brazil, made from fermented cane juice and molasses, and aged for four years in Brazilian Amburana casks. The rum was then aged an additional eight years in Kentucky bourbon casks. With aromatics of toasted oak, vanilla, lemon peel and cream, it offers dark fruit and melon on the palate, with subtle hints of tobacco and cedar. The Amburana cask brings a slight dry baking spice to the finish.  105.12 Proof | 52.56% ABV | 750 mL
