Our 13-month Rye Whiskey has been exceeding expectations since it was originally released as a 6-month old. The grain bill consists of 54% Danko Rye, 54% Corn, and 12% Malted Barley, and the spirits have been aged in new, #3 charred, White American Oak barrels. All of our whiskeys are twice distilled in our traditional pot still, with the first run being a grain-in stripping run.?
