Inspired by the days when colonists utilized New Hampshire’s abundance of apples for beverages and sustenance, only to shortly discover they could be distilled through a process called jacking. Our version begins with a blend of 100% grown and pressed New Hampshire Apples that are then fermented with wine yeast. The cider is then twice distilled in an alembic still before it’s finished with a two year charred barrel aging process which gives it a distinctive caramel color and whiskey-like notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and clove. 90 Proof | 45% ABV | 750 mL
