This image was taken with Hubble's Advanced Camera for Surveys and the Wide Field Camera 3 in April 2011 through July 2011 as part of a highly detailed dark matter mapping of galaxy clusters. This image of MACS 1206 shows the effects of gravitational lensing and the distribution of dark matter, a mysterious unseen "glue" or "matrix" that seems to hold our universe together. And, as always, the detail and significance of this image can only be truly appreciated as a BIG bang print! Credit: NASA/HST
