This camp will introduce new athletes to the BFS Total Program while reinforcing the program to experienced athletes.   Includes: 2 day Total Program Clinic - Up to 12 hours of Hands on Strength & Conditioning Training for Athletes & Coaches, Core Lifts, Aux. Lifts, Speed, Plyometrics, Flexibility, Nutrition, Program, etc...
