They represent the 7th generation of growers. The vineyards are farmed sustainably and Guyot trained with de-budding in the spring. The fruit is hand-harvested and sorted in the vineyard and again when it arrives at the Domaine via a sorting table. Alcoholic fermentation for whites is done in barrel as is the malolactic fermentation for reds. This estate represents fantastic values from top to bottom.
