Maltese Parrot Tiki Mug

This is a unique, hand-painted custom of Pegleg Party Parrot stoneware cocktail mug designed by BigToe for Tiki Farm. I was inspired to create This mug as an homage to the fun little avian buccaneer designed by original Disney imagineer Marc Davis for the Disneyland Pirates of the Caribbean ride. In ubiquitous BigToe style however, this little fellow has a mouth full of goofy teeth and sits on a cartoony skull. The original character and first edition mug depicted a green parrot. This second edition is a red or scarlet macaw.
