High Roller is a fantastic tiki bar with super fun decor and great cocktails, and super friendly service. The mug is an homage to the dice in the "black light" Oogie Boogies lair scene from Tim Burton and Disneys Nightmare Before Christmas.Sculpted by David Outline and manufactured by the good folks at Outline Island in Long Beach, California.
