The frame is 13.5” and is a suitable size for girls, teens or women 4’ – 5’2”. The frame is all steel which is very durable and will last forever if taken care of properly. Rusting on the frame will not be an issue because it is completely painted which acts as a protectant. The curve of the frame is a very classic cruiser design, the top bar arches down, making it easier to step over and get on the bike. This Bella is a three speed cruiser bike, which has an internal gear system located inside the rear wheel.
