2025 Holiday T-Shirt

Bill Lawrence was coined The Godfather of Guitar Replacement Pickups by Larry Dimarzio because Larry worked as a young man for Bill in NYC at Bill's Greenwich Village shop. Bill started a new industry creating guitar replacement pickups. Bill tried to start a new industry again in the 1990's but it didn't take and he went a different direction with his designs. What Bill wanted happened anyway with the diy market we see today. Listen to Becky speak a little about it.  The photo of Bill was taken while Bill performed in Germany around 2008 during a museum opening for Framus Guitars  Bill represented his Billy Lorento guitar he designed and endorsed for Framus in the 1950's.
