Its Nylon-based fabric (instead of the standard cotton) makes this hat extremely lightweight & breathable. Unlike hats made out of Cotton, our Pro-Series will not get the circular sweat stains and will retain its shape even after being washed or submersed. To reduce weight, we've laser-cut tear drop holes through the back and side panels. This also significantly improves breathability.
