Veal Ribs

  Veal Rib Veal ribs are from the lower part of the rib cage while veal chops are cut from the upper part of the ribs. Veal Ribs are sold in whole slabs. To prepare this especially rich cut slow cook or put on indirect heat to give the fat cap time to render on a hot grill or in a smoker. ________________________________ All of our beef is unaged and domestically raised by local American farmers and Angus-bred. Our beef farmer pasture raises their beef and grain finished from harvest grown on their farm.
