PRODUCT OVERVIEW:AdegaMãe is a family-run winery located in the town of Torres Vedras, about 45 minutes north of Lisbon. The family currently cultivates about 30 hectares of vines along a rolling landscape surrounding the family's modern winery. The influence of the nearby Atlantic Ocean and the distinctive clay-limestone soils on the property accentuate freshness and bright fruit notes in their wines. The vineyards are planted to both red and white grape varieties and the property excels at cultivating both.Today's wine is crafted from equal parts castelão and aragoñez. Made by the highly regarded team of Anselmo Mendes and Diago Lopes, great care is taken to bring the perfectly ripe fruit from vineyard to winery. The grapes are then pressed, fermented, aged, and bottled with every effort made to preserve the freshness of the finished wineThe 2022 Pinta Negra Tinto presents a brilliant ruby red hue when first poured into the glass. On the nose, the wine is fruit-forward, with copious
