Wedgwood England Blue Jasperware (No Glaze) Teapot, Coffee Pot, Creamer and Sugar Bowl Set

Recognized as the most iconic symbol of Wedgwood's ceramic greatness, "Jasperware" stoneware, with its smooth, unglazed matte biscuit finish, is strikingly highlighted by its signature cameo-like cream/white colored raised "sprig" reliefs. This refined set includes a 4-Cup Teapot, Coffee Pot (look at how beautifully the handle underside was pressed to the body!) , Sugar Bowl and Creamer, all individual works of art, with fascinating, stunningly detailed neoclassical motifs.  To the underside of each numbered piece are the impressed words "WEDGWOOD", MADE IN ENGLAND".  NOTE: The unique blue color of these pieces was a very challenging task to accurately capture. The color is more of a rustic blue (like this lettering) with a slight hint of teal. The cameo reliefs are off-white colored. IMPORTANT: When washing jasperware use warm soapy water, along with a soft toothbrush to lightly clean the cream reliefs, then rinse to air dry. No microwave, oven or refrigerator use.
