Royal Worcester England Evesham 4-Part Side Handled Bone China Coffee Biggin Drip Pot with Strainer.

This is a very unusual drip coffee pot by Royal Worcester of England in their most popular Evesham pattern.  Consisting of two sections and four parts--a tall two-handled drip, a ceramic drip, the coffee pot and the lid (which fits both the tall drip and coffee pot) --this 32-ounce coffee pot also includes an internal porcelain guard to keep grounds from blocking the spout punch holes.   Note: The ceramic drip does not fit into the coffee pot itself, only atop the tall drip. How does it work? Hmm....  We are not so sure and will leave it to the drip pros: There is a ceramic filter beneath the lid with larger holes. Coffee grounds are supposed to go into the larger drip which filters the grounds through smaller holes for a trickle effect, thus resulting in a richer coffee.
