This pedestal comes with a mounting plate and two feet rails. Some Assembly required; instructions are provided. Table top mounting hardware not included.Our pedestal is designed for a wooden table top and would also definitely work with a round glass top, but you will need to do a few modifications to it. You first attach a thin piece of wood, plain or decorative that you can get from Home Depot, Lowes or wood stores, to the top of our mounting pl
