This item does not ship internationally and does not arrive filled with  butane.   For ease of lighting charcoal, hinge back protective cap and spark lighter immediately for flame. Using heat proof tongs, hold charcoal over flame for 5-10 seconds. Replace hinged cap to extinguish flame, place charcoal in heat safe vessel, and top with aromatic wood or resin.
