When you have to “go”, simply sit, pull out your Squatty Potty® and set your feet on it. Enjoy a healthy, complete elimination. When you’re all done, slide it back under the toilet until the next time nature calls. Which size is right for me? For most people, the 7″ height is the most comfortable.
