Deep Cleaning the Lymph System

This single one-hour session focuses on strengthening and flushing the lymphatic system. The primary function of this system is to transport lymph, a clear fluid comprised of infection-fighting white blood cells, throughout the body. In addition to supporting the physical aspect, we investigate the mental and emotional influences the lymph system can have on the body.NOTE: You should be very well hydrated before beginning this session!
