SARS-CoV-2 RBD ACE2 Receptor Complex 6M17

SARS-CoV-2 Receptor Binding Domain (green) and its Binding Motif (dark green) are responsible for binding ACE2 receptors. Each residue that creates a Hydrogen bond has been revealed to visualize both the intramolecular dynamics of protein structure as well as the intermolecular bonds that SARS-CoV-1 creates to bind ACE2 Receptors. This 3D-printed protein model was designed for scientists to study the different bonds formed by these residues.
