NHS Ester modified fluorescent dye with Absorption 557nm / Emission 574nm, suitable for protein labeling, microarray experiments, FisH microscopy, and gel electrophoresis. Spectral to Cy3™ and Alexa Fluor® 547, commonly used with RadiantDy™ 647. The increased water solubility of RadiantDy™ fluorescent dyes allows a high label to protein ratio without precipitation during the conjugation reaction.
