Here’s how it works: Step 1: Choose your fav style of bag: a Fanny, Carry All, or Traveler and place your order. Step 2: Look out for a follow up email after placing your order. There will be a form in this email to allow you to send your old gear to BirdieBlue and design your Custom bag. If you do not see this email come through, please check your spam folder! Step 3: Pack up and send your old gear with the pre-paid label and the compostable mailers you will receive from BirdieBlue. Step 4: As soon as our team receives your old gear, we will get to work! You will have your new CUSTOM, ONE OF A KIND bag in 6-8 week
