Flanagan's Irish Soda Bread

My husband is Irish, and this is his grandfather's recipe (with a few Birdie embellishments). The original recipe calls for caraway seeds, which we personally love, but I know plenty of people who'd prefer to leave them out. That's why we've left it up to you: choose avec seeds or sans above. Serving Tip: Slice, toast and schmear with our strawberry jam.
