You find a tiny poppet in a nook over the stove. She’s a friendly kitchen witch who wields a spoon as a wand. She watches over the boiling pots and ensures that the loaves are baked to perfection. In a cupboard, you discover the supplies to make a kitchen witch charm of your own. Your kit includes a wooden peg doll, felt circles, wool roving, craft glue, and a tiny spoon. Colors vary. Make a Kitchen Witch: Cut one felt circle in half Wrap one half around doll to create a dress; glue Take full circle of felt and fold it to make a collar, then glue to doll to create cape Fluff up wool roving and make a twist in the middle. Apply glue to doll’s head. Arrange wool to create hair and trim if necessary Roll remaining half circle into a cone and glue to create a hat Add hat and spoon to your Kitchen Witch Kitchen Witch was featured in the Summer Cottage Box (June 2024).
