Stripology Ruler 101

In this class you will work with the Creative Grids Stripology Ruler designed by Gudrun Erla. You will learn how to cut multiple strips in ½” and ¼” increments, as well as using it to sub cut your strips quickly and accurately. You will also learn how to use the Stripology Ruler to square up your blocks, cut diamonds and triangles from strips. You might even learn a little geometry too!!!! INSTRUCTOR: Patty Gibian DATE & TIME: 10am - 2pm at Birdsong Quilt Shop Class is ONE DAY. We offer 4 classes through out 2024. Please sign up for the day you will attend. Supplies to bring: Stripology ruler rotary cutter sewing machine basic sewing supplies. Helpful but not necessary supplies: Iron large cutting mat You can bring fabric that you want to cut for a project but it is not necessary. If you have blocks you want to square you can bring them as will. Patty will also provide lots of fabric to practice on.
