The Birkman Component Atlas is a helpful, portable reference tool when leading an in-depth discussion of the nine behavioral Components. For each Component, it reviews the definition and provides detailed descriptions of the high and low scores for the Usual/Needs/Stress. Engage respondents during Birkman conversations by encouraging them to highlight the phrases that they most identify with as you discuss their Component scores. Note: Features new Birkman Component names (e.g. Assertiveness instead of Authority) to match the Signature Report.
