Surface Exchange Service

This service helps those wanting to exchange their saddle or swap their surface padding. Swapping out the surface padding is quick and easy, but the benefit to having us do this for you is to ensure everything is installed correctly and in spec so it is ready to go once it arrives. To take advantage of this service, you will need to ship your BiSaddle to our warehouse, and then we can swap out the surface padding and ship it back to you within 1 business day (once it arrives).  This service includes the return shipping cost. You will need to have purchased a set of new surfaces or have an exchange RMA assigned via email by one of our customer service representatives.     Please contact us at exchanges@bisaddle.com if you need any additional help!
