Cannoli Cake (Easter)

Our fan-favorite cannoli cake features four layers of soft, cinnamon-scented cake stacked between our classic cannoli filling (sweetened ricotta flavored with vanilla + chocolate chips). Decorated with vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream in a traditional bakery style with more chocolate chips and a signature classic cannoli on top. 6" cake serves 10 - 12 people. Allergen Info: Contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Soy. Storing your cake: Because of the cannoli filling, this cake should be kept refrigerated. Cake can be removed from the refrigerator 2 - 3 hours prior to service to come to room temperature.
