Burlap & Barrel's Black Lime & Chili Salt is a versatile, savory, tart, and spicy salt blend. This unique salt is the result of a collaboration with Syracuse Salt Co., a father-daughter business that uses evaporated natural brine, pumped from deep underground, to harvest their salt. The salt is then hand-blended with black lime and cobanero, black urfa, and silk chilis. The resulting seasoning is perfect for rimming a range of cocktails, like Bloody Marys, Margaritas, and Micheladas. Add a pinch or two to simple syrup for an extra kick. It also serves as an excellent finishing touch for items like various dips, grilled corn, and fruit salad.
