Amarena Black Cherries

11 oz glass jar of Filthy Black Cherries. These all natural wild Amarena cherries from Northern Italy are slow-cooked in copper pots to deliver a sweet up front flavor and a tart finish. The rich and complex flavor make them perfect for the Manhattan cocktail, but their versatility make them a solid garnish for a Tom Collins and other citrusy drinks as well. Filthy Foods is based in Miami, and the owner Daniel and Bittercube proprietor Ira have collaborated over the years on a number of projects.
