The Wolf Bitters Blend

The Wolf Barrel Aged Bitters Blend is a collaboration between 3 Sheeps Brewing Company and Bittercube. In what starts as a barrel of bourbon, 3 Sheeps rests their seminal Imperial Stout to create a robust barrel aged variation. Citrusy, yet spicy; robust, yet sharp, Wolf Bitters surprise and delight. Four different varieties of bitters are used in the blend. Orange Bitters lead the charge with a dose of bright flavors and spices like cardamom and caraway . Blackstrap and Root Beer Bitters provide aromatic complexity and a draft of cinnamon and nutmeg. Chipotle Cacao Bitters add the final touch, with a lingering chili pepper spice, and roasty notes of coffee and cacao.
