Back Home Beer is a first-generation and woman-owned beer company in Brooklyn, New York. They are focused on sharing a little bit of life “back home” with you. Using ingredients like Persian blue salt, barberries and sun-dried black limes – all distinctive to the region they are representing. Sumac Gose - Pouring a soft cloudy pink, this gose was brewed with close to 1lb of tart cherries per gallon. The cured sumac was sourced from a single farm in Gaziantep, Turkey and adds tasting notes of sour cherry, salt & vinegar and sunny acidity. Brewed with Persian blue salt, the end result is a tart, bright and refreshing gose – the perfect anytime beer. 4.6% ABV Persian Blue Lager - A classic lager, brewed with just the right amount of blue salt from the city of Semnan, Iran. A homage to grandpa, who loved his beer with a pinch of salt. It’s everything a lager should be – crisp, refreshing and full of flavor.
