Brined and Uncooked Turkey | Catering

Our 13-15 lb turkeys  (prior to trussing and cooking) are locally sourced from Goffle Farms in Pennsylvania. We brine and roast them to perfection. Arrives cold. To heat at home, place foiled covered turkey in the oven at 350 degrees for one hour, preferably on a slotted tray or baking rack. Remove foil for last 15 mins of heating.**Please Note** After dressing and cooking meat generally weighs up to a third less than the uncooked weight.  For larger parties, turkey lovers and hungry people we recommend adding a turkey roll or lots of sides!  One Turkey should serve 6-8 people.   Currently available to add to your cart on Nov 26th & 27th only.  Email us for Manhattan delivery. Orders canceled within 48 hours of requested pick up or delivery time can not be canceled.
