Dirty Martini Chicken Caesar Wrap

The Dirty Martini Chicken Caesar Wrap is a new twist on our classic Kale Caesar Salad, now infused with the briny, savory kick of Quincy olives. We start with a generous portion of house made Kale Caesar Salad, made vegetarian with an umami rich dressing using smoked dulse and vegan Worcestershire sauce, enhanced with a little red onion, Grana Padano and a crunchy Gremolata of bread crumbs, Garlic, Butter, Lemon and Arbequina Olive Oil and Salt. Then we add bites of our pasture-raised chicken cutlets made fresh in house, and the most important ingredient - chopped quincy olives and a spoonful or brine.  Finally the whole thing is delivered in a lightly toasted flour tortilla wrap.
