Nunu Chocolates Salt Caramels

Four pieces of award winning handmade caramel dipped in dark chocolate sprinkled with a touch of sea salt.  Ingredients: Sugar, Cream, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa butter, Soy Lecithin, Natural Vanilla, Fleur de sel A Danish/South African chocolatier, Justine started her career in 2006 by founding Nunu Chocolates with her husband Andy. They developed the brand on their home turf of Brooklyn, selling at the Brooklyn flea, local stores, the Union Square Holiday Market and eventually expanded to their own shops.  Awards followed, such as “Top Ten Chocolates” in New York Magazine, “Best Chocolates in America” by Bon Appetite, and “Top 10 Chocolatiers in North America” by Dessert Professional Magazine.
