This coffee was produced in the department of El Paraiso, Honduras. Following the Swiss Water Process, the coffee is put through a chemical-free wash and removes over 99% of the caffeine naturally found in coffee. This medium bodied coffee has a dark sweetness similar to a malt syrup and dark bitterness that reminds us of a dark cocoa powder. Mild acidity embodies this coffee and as well as the characteristic smoothness known to be found in Honduran grown coffee.
