Gains vary widely by engine type and configuration. 4.3L engines will typically see a 10-15hp/15-20ft-lbs gain. 5.3L engines will typically see a 15-25hp/15-20ft-lbs gain (octane dependent) 6.2L engines will typically see a 25-30hp/30-35ft-lbs on 91+ octane. Combine that with improved shift patterns, towing capabilities, throttle response and even fuel economy in many cases and you'll have what feels like a whole new vehicle!
