Jackson Kadan 21 Year Canadian

This whisky was distilled by Palliser Distillers Ltd., which is now known as Black Velvet Distillery in Alberta, Canada. The whisky was produced in 2000, and bottled in 2021, making it a whopping 21 years old.  This is a blended Canadian whisky, with a primary mashbill of corn, along with some rye and malt.  Only 1100 bottles were made. Nose: Floral with old wood and a hint of grain sweetnessPalate: Light fruit sweetness grows to rich honey and spice, with a long lingering warm finish.
