Suqe Quto is a long-established farm in Guji, cultivated and managed by Tesfaye Bekele since the early 2000s. High elevation, organic practices, and careful cherry selection shape a profile built on clarity rather than intensity. Washed processing keeps the cup transparent, allowing fruit character and structure to come through without excess. Slow cherry maturation at altitude helps develop sweetness while maintaining balance. In the cup, stone fruit leads, followed by gentle florals and a delicate, tea-like body. Acidity stays measured, carrying the sweetness through to a dry, clean finish. It’s a well-defined Guji washed coffee that drinks clearly and consistently across the brew.
