Black Halo Racing Long-Tube Header
The Black Halo Racing Long-Tube Header is designed with popular racing designs in mind combined with a few power-improving features and made with the best fitment/easiest installation possible. By utilizing CNC-transitions from the rectangle engine ports to the round engine flange inlets, Schedule 10 bends on the engine flange, 1-7/8" primary tubes, and a 3" collector, we were able to maximize potential torque gains while maintaining long-term durability. The Black Halo Racing Long-Tube Header is available in 2.5" and 3" outlets so as to fit nearly any cat-back exhaust system on the market. The test vehicle used was a 2008 Mazda RX-8 40th Anniversary Edition with 25,000 (+/-) original miles on the car and engine, with the only modification being a Black Halo Racing Ignition System. No PCM tuning was done at any time nor was any additional dwell time added to the coils.
