Our Mini Scout is identical in material and construction as our adult Scout, only in sizes for kids! The soles are made of 8-9 ounce (3.2-3.6 mm thick) bullhide leather, which provides protection from sticks, stones an other sharp objects while still providing excellent earth feel. The uppers are a high quality suede that is soft and supple, offering fast break in and a casual look. Strong leather lace looped through folded cuffs and cord locks offer easy on and off.
