Duck Eggs

Grade A, Large Eggs Sold by the dozen Duck eggs are richer in flavor and nutrients than chicken eggs. The egg to white ratio makes them creamier and better for baking as they produce a better rise over chicken eggs.  We are currently working on growing our flock. Egg production has slowed about a half dozen a week. Our eggs are gathered daily, candled for freshness and quality, and kept unwashed in the refrigerator. You will receive eggs gathered within the week of ordering, marked with the date they were gathered and stored, and washed before delivery. Eggs are available first come, first served, and only available for local pick up or in-town delivery.  **To prevent illness from bacteria keep eggs refrigerated, cook eggs until yokes are firm, and cook foods containing eggs thoroughly.
