This coffee features the classic notes of high quality coffee grown in Chiapas. Milk chocolate, caramel, and turbinado sugar are prominent notes throughout the cup. Hints of red fruit and warm spices such as nutmeg and clove are present in the latter portion of this well-balanced organic coffee. Producer Notes: This coffee was produced by the 501 farmers that compose the Movimiento Campesino de Delisario Social Solidarity Society. A social solidarity society is an official distinction in Mexico and comes with commitments to improve ecological and social welfare. The group achieves this by pooling resources to access better credit lines, garner higher prices for their coffee, and train farmers in the employment of organic practices and certification.
